Rubicon to Participate in Upcoming SHARE Series Investor Events

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Rubicon Technologies, Inc. (“Rubicon” or the “Company”) (NYSE: RBT), a leading provider of software-based waste, recycling, and fleet operations products for businesses and governments worldwide, today announced that the Company will present at two upcoming SHARE Series investor events. First, a virtual event on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. ET, and second, a hybrid SHARE/New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in-person investor event on Friday, December 8, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. ET.


Conor Riffle, Senior Vice President of Smart Cities at Rubicon, will present at the December 4 virtual event. Phil Rodoni, Chief Executive Officer of Rubicon, will present at the December 8 in-person event at the NYSE. Both events are set up in a fireside chat format and investors will have the opportunity to submit questions.

An archived replay will be available on the SHARE Series website for approximately 90 days following the event.
